My Story

With over 20 years of experience, Susanna has held leadership roles that integrate creative facilitation and cultural engagement. She founded the Transition Leadership Lab as an output of her masters research at RMIT, which became an internationally recognised program empowering change-leaders to bring wisdom and maturity into solving complex challenges. Through SC Integral Design, she delivers tailored learning and development solutions to organisational leaders in community development, financial services, education, and healthcare, focusing on adaptive leadership in times of uncertainty.

Susanna’s arts career reflects a unique blend of creative practice and strategic vision. As a singer-songwriter, she has performed at leading festivals such as Woodford and the National Folk Festival, with her albums Holy and Circus Girl showcasing her storytelling prowess. She also founded a classical music program at Shearwater Steiner School and has designed trauma-informed creative initiatives for regional communities.

Currently pursuing a Ph.D., Susanna’s research explores the transformative power of collective, inner development to equip leaders in building resilient communities amidst eco-social crises. Her work embodies a commitment to uniting creativity and leadership to inspire systemic change and reimagine a more sustainable future.
